Which has been the retail price in places like Best Buy in the past. Does that suggest misrepresentation in marketing? Or does it mean the retail price is going up this year?

kcowan wrote:There are 3 prices: 29.95, 19.95 and free. I think free applies to any returns that are less than $25k, or for any seniors who apply on February Free Friday. There is no limit to the amount of income a free senior can claim.

By registering on Free Friday, you get to complete and file returns any time of year (after you qualify). I submit April 30th and have submtted returns as late as June 15th.Insomniac wrote:Free file Friday in February? What good is that? I am still waiting for T slips in early April.

Wow this is indeed a slippery slope. Grease me up Bylo.Bylo Selhi wrote:If you experiment you'll notice that the province you select affects the amount of HST you're charged. You could choose to interpret the request for province as "Province you'd most like to be associated with for the purposes of this transaction." IOW this might be a good time and place to declare yourself an honourary Albertan
